P+P advises Equistone on the acquisition of trademark rights in fashion brand Basler by the TriStyle Group
Affiliated companies of Equistone Partners Europe acquired TriStyle Group in September 2015. The acquisition of the trademark rights of the Basler brand, which has been in existence for more than 80 years, is another cornerstone in Equistone's strategy to continuously develop the TriStyle Group.
