P+P advises DPE on investment in IT service provider BE-terna
Funds managed by DPE Deutsche Private Equity Management III GmbH ("DPE") have acquired a majority stake in BE-terna Group ("BE-terna"). The management will retain a significant stake. The closing took place on January 31, 2019.
BE-terna is one of the leading full-service providers of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In addition, BE-terna implements business intelligence, customer relationship management and human resource management systems for the customers. Cloud solutions offer additional growth opportunities. The company was founded in 2005 and now has almost 500 employees in 12 locations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
