P+P advises CUS Beteiligungsgesellschaft on the sale of KJ Tech Services GmbH to Intertek
Intertek is a publicly listed, international inspection, auditing and certification company with more than 1,000 offices in more than 100 countries and over 40,000 employees. Founded in 1989 by the brothers Dr. Klaus Christian Schödel and Dr. Ulrich Johannes Schödel, KJ Tech Services GmbH offers services in the field of testing and development for the automotive and lubricant industry. Even after the sale, both brothers will remain active as managing directors for KJ Tech Services GmbH.
P+P Pöllath + Partners advised the seller, CUS Beteiligungsgesellschaft, on all legal matters related to the sale of the company with the following team:
