P+P advises Berlin start-ups Caroobi and Homebell on financing rounds
Upon kickoff, the start-up Caroobi – a portal for online placement of motor mechanics – receives millions in investments.
Caroobi communicates the concept of online service provider placement to the auto repair sector. Customers can use the portal to book various auto-related services such as auto body paint jobs or inspections. Cherry Ventures and DN Capital are among the investors. The firm was founded in September 2015 and already employs 35 people.

This is the second financing round in this sector, on which P+P has advised within just a few weeks.
P+P recently advised on the financing round for the company Homebell, also established in September 2015. The start-up raised millions in investments for the online placement of trade services such as painting and electrical work.
The investors included, inter alia, Index Ventures, the venture capital company Lakestar, as well as the Internet fund Rocket Internet Capital Partners.
