P+P advises Aroundhome on sale of shares with voting rights to NuCom

The increase of 52 percent consists of the shares with voting rights of the growth investor General Atlantic (42 percent) and the founders Mario Kohle (8 percent) and Robin Behlau (2 percent). Founder Mario Kohle will withdraw from the company upon selling his shares. Robin Behlau retains 6 percent of shares with voting rights and continues to manage Aroundhome.

Aroundhome is the largest broker for household products and services in Germany. Robin Behlau and Mario Kohle founded the Berlin-based company under the name Käuferportal in 2008. Today, Aroundhome employs 500 people throughout Germany and helps millions of people find exactly the right specialty company in their area before they purchase solar systems, new windows or kitchen appliances. Every year, orders amounting to one billion Euros are brokered through this platform. Since 2015, Behlau has been responsible for business operations as sole CEO.
