P+P advises AREVA on the sale of the majority of its reactor division to EDF
The French power utility EDF has acquired a total of 75.5 percent of AREVA's reactor business. As a result, the company is the new majority shareholder of the AREVA power plant technology division.
The transaction was completed at the end of 2017.
