P+P advises Accesa on acquisition of shares in Alegri IT Systems GmbH
Accesa Group has acquired a majority stake in Alegri IT Systems GmbH; Alegri specializes in IT programming. The firm was already a minority shareholder in Alegri IT Systems. The parties have agreed to maintain confidentiality regarding the details of the transaction.
Alegri Group is one of the leading IT advisory companies in the DACH region for Microsoft products and SAP technologies, cloud, Internet of Things and managed services.
Through the acquisition of Alegri IT Systems, inter alia, Accesa Group has established itself as a full-service IT provider with offices in Munich, Frankfurt, Zurich, Cluj-Napoca and Oradea (Romania). The company was founded in 2004 and has since grown to over 700 employees; they are divided between smaller business units according to product divisions.
