P+P advises 9flats PTE on the sale of its shares in Wimdu to NOVASOL
Since its establishment in 2011, Wimdu has become one of the largest platforms for private accommodations and city apartments. Wimdu offers thousands of properties in more than 100 countries and has over 2.5 million registered users. Wimdu will continue to exist as an independent brand.
The NOVASOL Group, headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, has established itself as Europe's largest provider of vacation homes and apartments. The company is part of Wyndham Vacation Rentals, the world's leading vacation property agency, with destinations in 29 European countries.
P+P advised 9flats PTE Ltd., as the sole shareholder of Wimdu GmbH, on the sale of its shares in Wimdu GmbH to the NOVASOL Group with the following team:
