7Mind was founded in 2014 in Berlin and, according to the company's reports, its app offers 1.55 million users the largest German platform for digital content for meditation and mindfulness. The company currently employs 40 people and is active in the DACH region and France.
SWMH is one of the largest media companies in Germany with headquarters in Stuttgart and Munich and it employs over 5,500 people in more than 30 locations. Its most well-known brands include regional and national media such as Süddeutsche Zeitung and the associated company SZ Digitale Medien. In regional media, the Stuttgarter Zeitung and Stuttgarter News are among the most important urban and regional newspapers in Germany.
