P+P advised VNT on WeSustain GmbH’s B financing round

The Finnish venture capital company VNT participated in WeSustain GmbH's series B financing round through its Power Fund III.

VNT invests in technology-oriented startups and growth companies in Finland and in German-speaking countries, with a focus on clean technologies, renewable energy, power electronics and energy conservation. VNT manages three funds (Power Funds I, II, III) with an investment capital of EUR 157m.

WeSustain develops and sells software for the operational sustainability management and has clients that include Daimler AG, Allianz SE and Commerzbank AG, and Deutsche Telekom is one of its distributors.
