P+P advised on sale of RTS Elektronik Systeme to Media-Saturn-Holding

P+P Pöllath + Partners advised the founders and managing shareholders of RTS Elektronik Systeme GmbH on the sale of its participation to Media-Saturn-Holding GmbH. The Berlin financial investor capiton also sold its participation at the same time. Media-Saturn-Holding is acquiring 90% of the RTS Group.

The conclusion of the transaction is subject to the approval of the antitrust authorities. The purchase price remains confidential.

P+P advised the majority shareholders of RTS in 2009 in the course of capiton's initial participation.

RTS is headquartered in Wolnzach, Bavaria, has approx. 1200 employees and had turnover in 2014 amounting to approx. EUR 136m. RTS is a service provider for elec-tronic products throughout Germany.
