P+P advised Quantum Capital Partners on its inaugural private equity fund Quantum Opportunity Fund GmbH & Co. KG

In less than 9 months, Quantum Capital Partners AG has successfully completed the fundraising for its first fund Quantum Opportunity Fund GmbH & Co. KG (volume EUR 55 million). In addition to Quantum team members, the investors consisted of a group of high-profile US and European institutional investors.

P+P advised Quantum on the contractual, tax and regulatory aspects of the fund structuring, the contract documentation, including Luxembourg feeder structure, as well as on the negotiations with the foreign investors. The following P+P-Team was involved:
