P+P advised the management of the Linimed Gruppe on the sale to GHO Capital
Headquartered in Jena, Linimed is the leading provider of outpatient intensive care in Germany, operating through 44 clinical care locations. The core service offering of Linimed consists of 24/7 intensive care in specialised community centres to patients with severe health problems.
GHO Capital is a London-based financial investor specializing in healthcare investments in Europe. GHO Capital wants to support Linimed in its further expansion in the market.
