P+P advised the management of DTK Deutsche Telekabel Gruppe on the acquisition by Primacom
Cabel network operator Primacom Berlin GmbH (former listed Primacom AG) acquired Frankfurt based competitor DTK Deutsche Telekabel Gruppe from French investor Chequers Capital.
The transaction is currently still subject to the approval of the Federal Cartel Office.
P+P partners Dr. Benedikt Hohaus and Jens Hörmann advised the management of DTK, supported by associate Dr. Tim Kaufhold.
