P+P advised the management of Braas Monier on IPO
Braas Monier went public today. It is so far the largest IPO in Germany in 2014. The issue price amounted to €940m.
P+P partners Benedikt Hohaus (lead, corporate) and Barbara Koch-Schulte (tax) advised the management of Braas Monier in the context of the IPO with regard to the management participation, supported by associate Tim Kaufhold (corporate).
