P+P advised J.P. Morgan and Dalcor LLC on investment in Global Fashion Group

Five regional e-commerce platforms for fashion merged into the new entity Global Fashion Group ("GFG").

The primary investors included Rocket Internet, Kinnevik and Access Industries, in addition to many other investors.

P+P partner Dr. Michael Inhester advised J.P. Morgan, Dr. Matthias Bruse (partner) and Marco Eickmann (counsel) advised Dalcor LLC.

The volume amounts to EUR2,7bn.
