P+P advised EQT on the acquisition of EIS Aircraft Group
In the course of last week, Swedish private equity investor EQT has completely taken over the EIS Aircraft Group. The E.I.S. Group consists of the E.I.S. Holding GmbH, E.I.S. Aircraft GmbH and the DEVA-Plastics Technology GmbH. The sellers consisted of a group of private investors. The purchase price was not disclosed.
The E.I.S. Aircraft Group is a provider of products and services to civil and military aviation. The company develops and produces cabin interiors for commercial aircraft and provides in addition aircraft maintenance and repair services. Customers include, inter alia, Airbus and Boeing.
