P+P advised entrepreneur Florian Gross and other private investors on the acquisition of several Engel & Völkers licenses
The entrepreneur Florian Gross and a group of individuals from the environment of Rigeto Entrepreneur Capital GmbH acquired in multiple transactions the master licensee of Engel & Völkers group in North Rhine-Westphalia, the Engel & Völkers NRW GmbH and by means of an asset deal the licensee of Engels & Völkers for Starnberg and the surrounding Fünfseenland. The transaction also extended to the licensee of three Engel & Völkers licenses for Southern France (Cote d'Azur).
