P+P advised Caldec Holding on the acquisition of a majority stake of Syntela
Syntela IT Service Ltd. has expanded its shareholder base with Caldec Holding GmbH (Caldec) and the two directors of Syntela, Rolf Boddenberg and Jens Hafner. The Hamburg company Caldec acquired a majority stake in the company. The transaction volume was not disclosed.
