P+P advised AUCTUS Capital Partners on completion of Funds IV
AUCTUS Capital Partners AG (AUCTUS) has successfully completed the fundraising for its fourth fund (EUR 230m.) in record time.
As already done in previous fundraising, P+P Pöllath + Partners has provided comprehensive advice to Auctus, in particular with regard to contract law, tax and regulatory aspects of the fund structuring, contract documentation and negotiations with domestic and foreign investors.
The participation of an Australian investor raised specific complexity.
