P+P advised AFINUM on the investment in Goertz
AF Eigenkapitalfonds für deutschen Mittelstand GmbH & Co. KG, managed by AFINUM Management GmbH, acquired 40% of Ludwig Görtz GmbH by way of a capital increase.
The transaction is subject to approval by the German antitrust authorities and is experted to be completed by the end of May.
