POELLATH advises VALLEY IT GROUP on the acquisition of SEALNET GmbH
The closing of the transaction took place in August of this year. POELLATH provided comprehensive legal and tax advice to VALLEY IT GROUP in connection with the acquisition.
Headquartered in Issum, North Rhine-Westphalia, SEALNET GmbH advises, supports and supplies companies of various sizes from very diverse sectors from the left bank of the Lower Rhine to the eastern Ruhr area on all aspects of digitalization, cloud computing, hardware and software. In the fast-moving IT industry, a lot has changed in recent years, but there is also a strong need for consistency. SEALNET combines both: innovation and consistency. The company employs approximately 15 people.
VALLEY IT GROUP supports its customers in their digital transformation as a full-service IT provider. In addition to Weiss IT Solutions as a managed onsite IT service provider, the Group also includes the IT systems house PKN Datenkommunikations GmbH, which was acquired in the spring, the cloud solutions provider REALCLOUD Services GmbH and the third-party maintenance service provider Amalphi GmbH. The modern workplace specialist arksolutions GmbH was also acquired in 2022. VALLEY IT GROUP plans further acquisitions in 2022 and 2023.
