POELLATH advises VALLEY IT GROUP on the acquisition of m2solutions EDV-Service GmbH
VALLEY IT GROUP (formerly: LMP IT Holding) of LMP PARTNERS, a Munich-based IT investment company, has acquired m2solutions EDV-Service GmbH (“m2solutions”), an IT services company based in Schleswig-Holstein, by way of an asset deal.
Based in Neustadt in Holstein, m2solutions is both a full-service system house for small and medium-sized companies and an IT service provider for global system houses. The company’s focus is on project management, planning, implementation of rollouts, as well as support services. The company employs around 70 people. m2solutions is to be fully integrated into Weiss IT Solutions GmbH, an existing VALLEY IT GROUP company.
VALLEY IT GROUP supports its customers as a full-service IT provider in digital transformation. In addition to Weiss IT Solutions as a managed onsite IT service provider, the group also includes the IT system house PKN Datenkommunikations GmbH, which was acquired in the spring, the cloud solutions provider REALCLOUD Services GmbH and the third-party maintenance service provider Amalphi GmbH. arksolutions GmbH and SEALNET GmbH were also acquired in 2022. Further acquisitions on the part of VALLEY IT GROUP are planned for 2022 and 2023.
