VALLEY IT GROUP (formerly: LMP IT Holding) of LMP PARTNERS, a Munich-based IT investment firm, has acquired CNS Computer Network Systemengineering GmbH (“CNS”), a medium-sized IT systems house based in Gelsenkirchen. POELLATH provided comprehensive legal and tax advice to VALLEY IT GROUP in connection with the acquisition.
CNS is a leading IT services company in the Ruhr area that has offered versatile, reliable and high-performance services in the field of technological and organizational integration of IT infrastructures for more than 25 years. CNS’s customer base includes medium-sized companies and larger enterprises from the service and industrial sectors. The CNS team includes over 60 highly motivated specialists. Strategic partnerships with leading technology providers, such as Fujitsu, Dell EMC, Sophos and Microsoft, enable the company to professionally implement current, complex IT projects at any time.
The VALLEY IT GROUP supports its customers as an IT full-service provider in digital transformation. In addition to Weiss IT Solutions as a managed on-site IT service provider, the group also includes the IT system house PKN Datenkommunikations GmbH, acquired in spring 2022, the cloud solution provider REALCLOUD Services GmbH, and the third-party maintenance service provider Amalphi GmbH. arksolutions GmbH and SEALNET GmbH were also acquired in 2022. With the acquisition of CNS, the VALLEY corporate group further expands its service portfolio, particularly with IT solutions for industrial applications.
