POELLATH advises VALLEY IT GROUP on the acquisition of arksolutions GmbH

Founded in 2009 and based in Munich, arksolutions GmbH is a consulting and software development service provider active in the DACH region. For more than 10 years, the company has focused on unconventional consulting approaches and innovative software solutions for the modern workplace, as well as concepts for Microsoft-based system landscapes. arksolutions’ team of experts works hand in hand with its customers to make working together even more pleasant and efficient.
The VALLEY IT GROUP supports its customers in digital transformation as a full-service IT provider. In addition to Weiss IT Solutions as a managed onsite IT service provider, the group also includes the IT system house PKN Datenkommunikations GmbH, which was acquired in the spring, the cloud solution provider REALCLOUD Services GmbH, and the third-party maintenance service provider Amalphi GmbH. VALLEY IT GROUP plans further acquisitions in 2022 and 2023.
