POELLATH advises TIMETOACT GROUP on the acquisition of STAGIL GmbH
TIMETOACT GROUP (“TIMETOACT”), a leading provider of IT services for upmarket medium-sized companies, corporations and public institutions and portfolio companies of the funds advised by Equistone Partners Europe, has acquired STAGIL GmbH (“STAGIL”). The current managing director of STAGIL, Björn Frauen, will remain managing director and will also participate in TIMETOACT as a shareholder. The parties have agreed not to disclose details of the transaction. POELLATH provided legal and tax advice to TIMETOACT in connection with the acquisition.
Wiesbaden-based STAGIL is one of the largest Atlassian Platinum and Enterprise Solution Partners in Germany. The company supports teams in diverse industries, sizes and areas around Atlassian products. In addition to specializations in agile product development, service management, project management and process digitization, STAGIL has industry-specific knowledge, particularly in the areas of automotive, automation, finance, insurance, production, e-commerce, IT service & operations and software development. In addition to requirements analysis, concept and design, the portfolio also includes configuration, implementation, integration and proprietary app development, as well as training and day-to-day support.
TIMETOACT is a leading provider of IT services, primarily for medium-sized and large companies from the industrial, financial and service sectors, as well as public sector institutions. The company comprises several specialized IT companies at 17 locations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, as well as in Latvia, Malaysia, Singapore and the USA. TIMETOACT now employs over 1,200 people and offers a comprehensive portfolio of software and consulting services. The acquisition marks another groundbreaking step in the expansion of TIMETOACT’s Atlassian consulting portfolio.
