POELLATH advises shareholders on sale of Evermood GmbH to Acture

Acture has been a leading provider of private social security benefits for Dutch employers for 15 years, offering Dutch companies specialized outsourced services and insurance products to manage illness and disability cases in their respective workforces. The company currently employs around 220 people.

Evermood was founded in 2019 by Marvin Homburg and Lara von Petersdorff-Campen to improve well-being in the workplace. Evermood’s Software-as-a-Service platform offers companies high-quality and cost-effective support for every person – whatever their situation in life may be. In 2022, Evermood was recognized as the German HR Startup of the Year by the Bundesverband der Personalmanager e.V. (German Federation of HR Managers (BPM)). Today, Evermood supports more than 100 companies in all industries with more than 300,000 employees. The founding team will continue managing Evermood and is also retaining a stake in the company.
