POELLATH advises the shareholders of KIWI Consulting EDV-Beratung GmbH on sale to adesso SE
The two managing partners of KIWI Consulting will retain a minority stake in the company and will continue to develop the business operations within the adesso Group in the future. adesso plans to acquire the remaining shares by 2024 as well.
Founded in 1992 and based in Weinsberg, Baden-Württemberg, KIWI Consulting EDV-Beratung GmbH offers customized, project-oriented services in the fields of IT consulting and software development. The company’s industry focus is on banks, public-sector clients and construction financiers.
The listed consulting and IT service company adesso is considered one of the leading IT service providers in the German-speaking region and employs around 5,100 people at 39 locations throughout Europe.
