POELLATH advises shareholders of the Kerkhoff Group on sale to Interpath
London-based consulting firm Interpath has acquired Kerkhoff Consulting GmbH (“Kerkhoff”), a management consultancy specializing in purchasing and supply chain management that is part of the Kerkhoff Group. The parties have agreed not to disclose the financial details. As a result of this acquisition, Interpath will benefit from Kerkhoff Consulting’s in-depth expertise in purchasing and supply chain management, among other things, while the integration will give Kerkhoff access to new international markets and an expanded network. Of the three previous managing directors of the Kerkhoff Group, Gerd Kerkhoff and Thorsten Schmidt will resign from their management positions and remain with the consultancy as so-called “special advisors”. Managing director Ralph Kudla will continue to manage the company’s business in the future, alongside the other responsible partners. POELLATH provided comprehensive legal and tax advice to the shareholders of the Kerkhoff Group in connection with the sale.
Düsseldorf-based Kerkhoff Consulting GmbH is a management consultancy specializing in purchasing and supply chain management, supporting medium-sized clients, especially in achieving sustainable improvements in results through customized solutions across the value chain. The company has received multiple awards, including “best consultant” in the field of supply chain management.
Interpath, a London-based financial advisory firm, is a portfolio company of financial investor HIG Capital and was founded in 2021. Interpath is internationally focused and offers a wide range of services in transactions, advisory and restructuring.
