POELLATH advises Praemia REIM Group on the sale of a residential real estate portfolio in Frankfurt
The Praemia REIM Group (“Praemia”) has successfully sold a residential real estate portfolio in Frankfurt to the investment manager AEW. The residential real estate portfolio comprises 255 modern, newly built apartments in six properties with a total residential space of 18,400 m². The properties are in prime locations with long-term rental potential in the Nordend, Niederrad and Eschersheim districts. The final property is scheduled for completion at the end of 2024.
As asset manager, Praemia REAM Germany GmbH was responsible for the successful development and management of the portfolio. Despite a challenging market environment, all construction projects were completed successfully. The current sale allows them to benefit from the strong demand for first-class residential real estate.
