POELLATH advises mobile.de on acquisition of Null-Leasing.com

Adevinta’s mobile.de, Germany’s largest motors marketplace, has acquired Null-Leasing DSB Deutschland GmbH (“Null-Leasing.com”), a provider of digital leasing services in Germany.

The transaction enables mobile.de to expand its offering to further build on its existing suite of products and services.

mobile.de GmbH was founded in 1996 and today employs approximately 270 people in Germany. With about 1.5 million advertised cars and around 16.9 million individual users per month, the company is according to their own information Germany’s largest vehicle market for buying and selling cars. The offering includes the entire range of new and used cars, commercial vehicles and motorcycles. As a “one-stop shop,” mobile.de offers also financing and leasing solutions. mobile.de is a subsidiary of Adevinta, a Norwegian global online classifieds specialist, operating digital marketplaces in 15 countries.

Founded in Hamburg in 2016, Null-Leasing.com is one of Germany’s fastest growing online car leasing marketplaces for both new and second-hand vehicles. The acquisition of Null-Leasing.com broadens mobile.de dealers’ access to clear and comprehensive leasing deals, enabling them to better market their vehicles in a wide variety of ways – from leasing and financing to cash sales.
