POELLATH advised a member of an entrepreneurial family on his planned relocation to Switzerland.

In addition to advising on the so-called exit tax, the main focus lied on restructuring the assets for inheritance tax purposes. This involved transferring his shareholding to a German family foundation with beneficiaries residing in Switzerland and the UK.
