The private equity firm Maxburg Beteiligungen III („Maxburg"), managed by Maxburg Capital Partners, has invested in the Psychosomatische Privatklinik Bad Grönenbach. POELLATH advised Maxburg on all tax aspects of the transaction.
Psychosomatische Privatklinik Bad Grönenbach was founded in 2016 and is located in Unterallgäu in southern Bavaria; it is an acute care clinic specializing in depression and burn-out. The private clinic has a total of 60 beds and offers resilience-oriented therapy for people with psychological crises and conditions. The treatment concept comprises intensive individual and group therapy sessions, physical therapy and relaxation techniques, as well as in-depth offerings to encourage capability and resilience.
