Pinion was founded in 2008 and has become a pioneer in gearbox technology with a focus on sustainable mobility. Headquartered in Denkendorf, Baden- Württemberg, Germany, with 60 full-time employees, the company designs, develops, assembles and distributes mechanical gearboxes for traditional and electric bicycles. The company’s gearboxes are modeled after automotive transmission technology and therefore offer unique riding dynamics and unparalleled shifting performance.
BRP is a global leader in the world of powersports products, propulsion systems and boats. Its portfolio includes snowmobiles (Ski-Doo and Lynx), watercraft and pontoons (See-Doo), on and off-road vehicles (Can-Am), boats (Alumacraft and Quintrex), and marine propulsion systems and engines for carts and sport aircraft (Rotax).
With annual turnover of CA$ 7.6 billion (approximately EUR 5.7 billion) in more than 120 countries, the company employs nearly 20,000 people worldwide.
