POELLATH advises Main Capital Partners on the sale of Onventis Group and the management team on the sale and their investment in Onventis

A fund advised by Main Capital Partners (“Main Capital”) sold Onventis Group (“Onventis”) to a fund advised by Keensight Capital (“Keensight”) while the management team of Onventis also invested in the company.
