POELLATH advises LBBW Immobilien Group on the acquisition of the Life retail complex in Munich
The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. POELLATH provided comprehensive legal and tax advice to LBBW Immobilien in connection with the acquisition.
The property is located in the Neuperlach district of Munich and comprises around 8,000 m² of rental space and 200 parking spaces. It consists of one underground parking level and two retail levels and benefits from very good public transport links and a quick road access to the Mittlerer Ring through the A8 motorway. The rental share of the local suppliers in the Life retail complex is over 80 percent. The property is 90 percent leased and there are already well-known parties interested in the available space.
The entire portfolio of the special real estate AIF “LBBW Nahversorgungsimmobilien Deutschland” currently consists of three properties that are broadly diversified with locations in Bavaria in attractive metropolitan areas.
