POELLATH advises GSG Berlin on the sale of six commercial parks in Berlin
POELLATH advised Gewerbesiedlungs-Gesellschaft mbH (“GSG Berlin”) on the sale of six of GSG’s mixed-use commercial parks in the Berlin districts of Kreuzberg (Skalitzer Strasse, Alexandrinenstrasse), Schöneberg (Feurigstrasse), Neukölln (Glasower Strasse) and Reinickendorf (Saalmannstrasse) to the French financial investor Eurazeo. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
The portfolio known as “Sixpack” comprises six properties with approximately 34,000 sqm of rental space.
