POELLATH advises EQT on management participation in the acquisition of Meine Radiologie Holding GmbH and Blikk Holding GmbH
DBAG will remain invested as a minority shareholder in the combined group. The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
Meine Radiologie and Blikk were both founded in 2017 and have since grown to become two renowned radiology players in Germany with a combined workforce of more than 1,300 employees at 65 locations. Once the transactions are completed, the merger of the two companies will create a leading platform for radiology and radiation therapy in Germany.
Meine Radiologie Holding is one of the leading providers of (outpatient) imaging/radiology services in Germany. Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Frankfurt a.M., the company currently has more than 35 practices in multiple German cities and employs approximately 600 people.
Blikk is one of the leading providers of (outpatient) imaging/radiology services in Germany. Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Dortmund, the company currently has more than 30 practices in multiple German cities and employs approximately 700 people.
