POELLATH advises EOS Partners GmbH on its investment in mod IT Services GmbH regarding establishment of management participation
Founded in 1991, mod IT Services GmbH is a full-service provider for individual workplace management and IT security solutions. The range of services includes consulting, customized solutions, as well as joint implementation of projects and support for the ongoing operations of its customers. The company employs around 150 people at its locations in Einbeck, Hanover and Kassel, Germany and supports more than 10,000 IT workplaces worldwide.
EOS Partners GmbH is a long-term oriented investment company focusing on medium-sized companies in the DACH region that have unique selling points, sustainable customer relationships and high growth potential. EOS supports its portfolio companies in strengthening their product and service portfolios, which is often connected with further investments such as bolt-on acquisitions. Currently, EOS manages approximately 200 million euros of equity.
