POELLATH advises EOS Partners GmbH on the acquisition of be-solutions GmbH
The owner-managed private equity company EOS Partners GmbH (“EOS”) and its IT services platform accompio GmbH (“accompio”) have acquired be-solutions GmbH (“be-solutions”), a certified IT services company based in Munich. The closing of the transaction took place at the beginning of June 2023. POELLATH provided comprehensive legal advice to accompio within the context of the transaction on the implementation of a management participation program.
be-solutions will continue under the umbrella of accompio, which currently also includes mod IT Services, proficom, Schmitz RZ Consult and Services 4-IT in addition to the newly acquired be-solutions. The existing management team of be-solutions led by Simon Berger and Felix Zöbisch will continue to supervise the further development in the future and they have acquired a stake in the group as part of the transaction.
Founded in Munich in 2000, be-solutions is an IT service provider offering client / server infrastructure, managed services, IT service / helpdesk and communications and conferencing solutions. The company’s 35-person team of experts provides its customers with solution-oriented, vendor-independent support in all IT matters, from consulting and implementation to operations and user support in day-to-day business.

EOS supports its portfolio companies in bolstering their product and service portfolio, which is often linked to further investments such as bolt-on acquisitions.
