POELLATH advises EMH Partners on EMMA Capital’s investment in newly formed “Home Furniture Group”
The current majority shareholders of Kiveda remain involved. EMH Partners had invested in Kiveda in 2016 and, in the following years, drove the reorganization and transformation into a digitalized company. EMMA Capital will inject new growth capital.
With the formation of the new Home Furniture Group, EMMA Capital and EMH Partners are entering into a strong partnership, with both companies each holding more than 40%. The remaining shares are held by minority shareholders.
