LaSalle sold Parkstadt Office to Real I.S.

P+P Pöllath + Partners advised LaSalle Investment Management's fund LaSalle German Income & Growth, which sold the real estate property "Parkstadt Office" to Real I.S. The prestigious construction was completed in 2011 and consists of three buildings stretching over 100 meters with a combined area of 38,000 sqm, located at Parkstadt Schwabing.
