First State Investments International has secured fundraising for its European Diversified Infrastructure Fund (EDIF) in the total amount of €1.3bn. EDIF is a closed-end infrastructure fund with an investment portfolio in European OECD countries; it will allow investors access to the growing European unlisted infrastructure assets sector. First State Investments International forms part of the asset management division of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. First State and the Australian division collectively manage €125bn on behalf of their investors worldwide.
