DPE Deutsche Private Equity concluded fund raising of the "DPE Deutschland II" fund (€350m.)
Leading fund investor Deutsche Private Equity (DPE) concluded its second fund "DPE Deutschland II" (DPE II) in March (volume: €350m).
P+P was main advisor of DPE in the areas of corporate, tax, regulatory law, conducted the investor negotiations and the coordination with all foreign law firms. Berlin P+P partner Uwe Bärenz advised DPE (lead), supported by counsels Mardini Tarek, Ronald Buge and associate Dr. Sebastian Käpplinger.
