Accenture acquired PRION Group
The shareholders of PRION Group sold their shares to Accenture GmbH.
Accenture GmbH, provider of management, technology and outsourcing services, acquired PRION Group, one of the largest European partners of Siemens. Prion Group provides NX and team center services with five worldwide subsidiaries. Thus, Accenture GmbH has gained global market leadership in product lifecycle management (PLM) services.
