Who’s Who Legal Private Funds Formation / Regulatory Guide 2023

For 23 years, the ‘Who’s Who Legal Guides’ have listed the world’s best lawyers from 160 countries in 35 areas of law. An entry in the guide cannot be purchased.

In the current ‘Private Funds Formation Guide’ a total of 18 professionals in Germany have been listed, 6 of whom are POELLATH partners. Furthermore, Uwe Bärenz and Peter Bujotzek were included in the ‘Private Funds Regulatory Guide’.

Uwe Bärenz is “patient and skilled”, is valued for his “clear explanations of complex tax matters to investors” and “is good on international structures”.

His colleague Ronald Buge is considered “very experienced” and is “well-reputed in the market with respect to taxation issues”. Overall, “it is a pleasure working with him”.
