Who’s Who Legal 100 - Edition 2015

The selection for Who’s Who Legal 100 was based on law firms' overall performance in the research of the various Who's Who Legal Guides. Of over 4,000 firms listed in the Who's Who Legal series, only those, having the required depth and breadth of expertise, were to be featured in the Who's Who Legal 100.

P+P is "widely seen as one of the leading players in continental fund structuring" and "impresses with a strong cast of private funds lawyers." The firm's breadth of experience covers all relevant fund structures in private equity and it is certainly seen as "a go-to firm" for many investors, managers and foreign lawyers operating or seeking advice in the region.

Andreas Rodin is seen as "head of the fund structuring practice" and advises domestic and international private equity firms on legal, tax, and regulatory matters relating to inbound and outbound structuring cases.
