P+P Law Firm of the Year 2007

On October 11, 2007, P+P was named "Law Firm of the Year 2007" by Deutsche Unquote. The competition was made up of law firms that are active in the German, Austrian or Swiss private equity sector - either in fund structuring or in the transaction business - and that consistently demonstrated top performance in 2006. The jury's selection criteria included expertise, negotiating and advisory skills, and the overall development of the company. A further key criterion was the way in which the company advised its clients, as evidenced by selected deals.
