azur100 annually presents the most popular 100 employers for young professionals such as law firms, companies, public authorities and independent auditing firms. P+P has been listed in the top third of the top employers also in this year’s edition. The Munich office was given the maximum award of 4 stars (“leading”), as well as the practice group “succession/asset management/ foundation”. Moreover, the M&A, PE/VC and tax law practices each reaped three stars (“often recommended”). Particular praise was given to the program for trainees and interns, for the intensive (also financial) support of education and P+P’s close ties to the University of Muenster, including participation in their LL.M. program. The possibilities for part-time and flexible working hours and the early responsibility for clients' work and projects also contributed to the positive rating.
