Daniel joined POELLATH in 2022. He advises financial investors, entrepreneurs, founders and management teams on all legal aspects of mergers & acquisitions and private equity transactions. His activities also include advising on venture capital transactions, as well as ongoing advice on corporate and general commercial law issues. His advisory focus is mainly on the technology sector, but he also brings extensive expertise in healthcare, real estate, e-commerce and fintech.
Since 2022, Daniel has been regularly listed in the renowned American publication Best Lawyers® as “One to Watch” for his advice in the private equity sector.
